The Menu
We will put as much passion in our food as we do in our beer and we will go to great lengths to source from local farmers and purveyors and feature specials with items that are fresh and in season. We also make almost all of our menu items from scratch and take pride in the increased quality that this creates. One of our favorite things to do is to pair food and beer together. The styles of beer we make have many subtle flavors and nuances that happen to pair with our menu. Talk to your server or bartender about what types of things you like and they will find a winning pairing for you. That is what we do.
