Thiolized beer with Vic Secret hops in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Dolcita Hops. Thiolized yeast is a specially engineered brewing yeast strain designed to unlock hidden, non-aromatic sulfur compounds called bound thiol precursors in malt and hops, transforming them into intense tropical fruit aromas.
